January 2021 Covid-19 production update.
We are down to our minimum staff levels in order to keep everyone safe, so some of our lead times will need to lengthen a bit. Often your orders will go out within the usual time frames but in order not to over-promise, or to put too much pressure on our team, we are asking for a little bit of time in hand. Christmas Delivery Update
Frameishly Trade Framing We have paused production of our wholesale batches of frames to allow us to focus on the daily orders of our Print-Frame-Ship service. Wholesale frames will be back in January! We will be taking a break from Christmas Eve and will be back in the workshop on January 4th. Print-Frame-Ship orders are going out comfortably within our 2-3 day processing time and are almost all dispatching on the next working day after being ordered. Production Update June 2020
Here's a very quick update for our Frameishly customers. We have our framer back in 4 days a week now so we have put our wholesale frames back in stock over on www.frameishly.com, and we have the natural wood moulding back in stock. Some of our suppliers are a little slow at times, and with a reduced team in the workshop we don't always have people on hand to help get big orders out quickly. Update 29th of March For our Frameishly print-frame-ship customers - we are now going to be shipping out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You might want to add a bit to your lead times for your customers. For wholesale customers (frames or Bookishly products) please bear with us as things may take longer than usual.
