Update 29th of March
For our Frameishly print-frame-ship customers - we are now going to be shipping out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You might want to add a bit to your lead times for your customers.
For wholesale customers (frames or Bookishly products) please bear with us as things may take longer than usual. We have a framer in on Tuesdays and Thursdays and she will be doing her best to get everything done in that time. We have reduced our staffing level further to keep everyone safe while still doing our best to serve our customers. If you have any questions please get in touch.

Update 24th of March - we are still going! We have two members of staff working totally separately and only travelling from home to the studio. This will carry on as long as these team members are comfortable with this, and well, and as long as we are still able to post your orders.

We thought it would be a good idea to update you with how we are managing the current situation with regards to our Frameishly and Bookishly Wholesale orders at the moment.
As of Monday 23rd of March, there will only be two Bookishly team members at HQ every day. These legends will be shipping out as normal every day.
They have set up a system where they never share the same desk or work station, they have plenty of cleaning products and hand sanitiser and they will be very careful. As long as they are both well it'll be business as usual as far as our orders are concerned.
The rest of us are working from home. So customer service should appear the same to you. There are some differences to the way some of our couriers are working. We use Royal Mail and DHL so it's worth checking in with them periodically to see what they are doing. Some of them have dropped the need for a signature on delivery.
We are still very very low on tote bags, so if you need just a few please get in touch. Otherwise they will remain out of stock on here for the time being.
Thank you so much for continuing to support us, it means so much. If there is anything we can do to help support your business please let us know.
Stay safe and much love to you all.
Louise and Team Bookishly
